Leland has demonstrated ab extensive amount of electrical knowledge and leadership on many Water Plantand Pump Station projects in North Carolina. His dedication to quality work went beyond expectation. Leland always coordinating construction activities with the local engineer and inspector. I wanted to reach out and send a personal thank you for Melton Electric's services and assistance traversing the design and day-to-day operations to make the Cancer Center project successful. I feel Melton Electric took the project by the horns, remained accountable, and worked through every issue we had with the bigger picture always in mind. Leland went above and beyond to make sure this project was planned, quantified, and even gave a push on site when needed. It is rare for us to see trade partner project managers assist to the level of detail Leland did and ensure it translates to the field.
