We offer free of charge a two-year course, in classroom training on the National Electrical Code, understanding construction drawings, proper use of tools, and installation practices.
Only Melton Electric employees can take advantage of this free training.
Our program is approved by the Department of Labor. After the completion of the two-year course, you can apply and take the state journeyman or master test.
We're looking for those apprentices who are just starting their career path with enthusiasm and reliability. In addition, commercial/industrial journeymen, electricians, and foremen are always encouraged to apply. Superintendents and project managers with strong experience in the commercial/industrial sector are encouraged to apply.
